JASPER — The final plans to reclaim land left in disarray from the defunct White Stallion Shamrock mine will be discussed Wednesday between Dubois County Highway Superintendent Steve Berg and consultant Michael Costello.

The Dubois County Board of Commissioners were told of the Wednesday, April 24 meeting during its April 15 meeting. Berg said preliminary discussions highlighted no funds available to relocate ditches closer to the roadway. Roads are currently 50-60 feet wide, which will leave an extra large ditch along the roadways.
